Markettina does not ship products or manage orders. The marketplace displays delivery costs, timing and terms before payment.
Returns and refunds
Requests must be opened directly with the marketplace where the purchase was completed.
Defective products
Contact the seller or marketplace support using the relevant order number. Markettina cannot access external orders.
